The Villa
History
La Pesa di Sopra, born originally as a farmhouse in the 15th century, has hosted various noble families of the place. Still today, when you arrive here, it is like diving in the noble atmosphere of the past centuries.
The villa is located in Radda in Chianti, the heart of the famous Chiantishire, the excellence of Italian Wine and Olive oil. As regards the external area, la Pesa di Sopra is surrounded by 10 hectares of land, composed of olive groves, wood, a private lake, and a small vegetable garden. In addition, the outside zone is characterized also by a barbecue area, surrounded by a flourished vegetation, around the heated swimming pool.
Description
Interior
As regards instead the building, the structure develops on 4 floors. On the first two floors we can find, the amazing cellar, the fascinating dining room, the liquors room, and the Spa next to the gym.
The other two floors are instead characterized by six bedrooms coupled with six bathrooms. In these floors, it is possible to find also a kitchen, mainly used for breakfast, with a wide lounge room next to another living room. All the rooms are equipped with a Smart TV, connected to private Wi-Fi.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
All bedrooms have bathroom en suite, independent AirConditioning with control and lcd tv.
Some bedrooms can accomodate an extra beds. With an additional charge the villa can accomodate up to 22 people. (on request)
The private bathrooms have a hairdryer, bathtube/shower, bathroom line, carpet for the shower, toilet paper and free toiletries.
Kitchen and Living Room
In the villa, we can find two kitchens. The first one, situated on the ground floor, is an open kitchen, where the private chef can show how she creates her plates. The second one instead, is situated on the second floor, is mainly used for preparing breakfasts.
